The author was born in 1957 in Yangon, Burma. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she graduated from the studio of Tadeusz Dominik. She uses her own, unconventional painting techniques, such as acrylic on newspaper or on X-ray plates. The main theme of the artist's work is woman and her daily activities. The paintings also feature eastern carpets with prehistoric motifs. She has created murals for architectural studios Bogusławski i Partnerzy, JEMS Architekci and architect A. Wyszyński. She has participated in many group and individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad, and her works are in collections in Zachęta Gallery in Warsaw, Museum IIany Goor in Jaffa and the collection of Marta Tarabuła in Krakow.
