HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE '101 PROJECT' CONTEMPORARY ART GALLERY and auction house?

The 101 Project Contemporary Art Gallery and Auction House offers works of modern and contemporary art: paintings, sculptures and photography, via direct sales at the gallery, ul. Piękna 62/64 in Warsaw, via the online store at www.101projekt.pl, as well as via auction sales.

The '101 Project' Gallery organizes monthly Art Auctions. Auctions are held at the gallery building in Warsaw, ul. Piękna 62/64. Each auction is accompanied by a catalogue in electronic form, which contains photographs and descriptions of the offered items, opening prices as well as the information on whether the item is subject to the 'droit de suite' fee. Before each auction, all the objects are presented in the gallery.

Bids can be offered in person or through a gallery staff member by phone or by requesting an order to bid with a maximum price limit or online via the Onebid portal www.101projekt.onebid.pl. When bidding in person, a registration form must be filled in, and a number token must be collected. When requesting an order to bid through a gallery staff member by phone or with a maximum price limit, a bidding order request must be filled in.

The auction fee is added to the auctioned amount, calculated degressively depending on the auctioned amount: up to 100 000 PLN (inclusive) - 20% of the amount, exceeding 100 000 PLN - 15% of the amount. In the case of items marked with (♦) symbol, a 'droit de suite' fee is added to the auctioned amount, at the rate specified in the Terms and Conditions of the auction.

Payment for the auctioned and sold item can be made by cash, bank transfer, via PayU or credit card (Visa and MasterCard) within 7 days. At the buyer's request, the gallery issues a margin VAT invoice. When paid, the item must be collected within 10 days from the date of auction in person or by arranging the transport details with a gallery staff member at the following phone numbers:

Terms of auction sales are specifically described in the Terms and Conditions.
