Marek Dzienkiewicz

Born in Warsaw, he studied at the Faculty of Painting at the
Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in the studio of Tadeusz Dominik.
He was also  educated at the Classical Technique Laboratory of 
prof. Mieczysław Szymański and prof. Zbigniew Gostomski;
in this Laboratory he became the practice assistant, and since 1989 - its owner. 
Currently he teaches Visual Structures at the Faculty of Graphic 
Arts at Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. He participated in more 
than 60 group exhibitions and 20 individual exhibitions. His works 
are in collections in 11 countries. In the years 2006-2010 he was the 
president of the Warsaw ZPAP, and since 2009 he has been a
leader of the Hoover Group - a group of 20 Warsaw painters.
