Ryszard Rabsztyn

My work went through various stages: from graphics to drawing, ending with painting. After graduating from academy, I focused only in painting. I became fascinated with expressionism and art prehistoric ̶ both to a greater or lesser extent they run through my work, both through form and content. Currently, my research focuses primarily on hieroglyphic writing and braille. I try to get my images I write rather than paint. In this way I express them all your thoughts and current interests. I have the impression that the same my artistic path has come full circle in a sense. Years spent in the art school they focused on graphics, modeling and lettering. The longing for these fields of art manifests itself the desire to unite them all in painting. In order to achieve the intended effects, I try to do my workshop however, keep improving; each painting is a new experiment. I often deviate very far from the traditional approach to painting. It is the result of a constant search for the perfect one forms, as well as the implementation of the idea of ​​"painting for the blind".
