Filip Gruszczyński was born on 29th May 1978 in Warsaw. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology, receiving his diploma in 2004. From an early age he was interested in drawing and painting and for all those years he has been pursuing and developing his artistic passion. Since 2010 he participates in auctions of Young and New Art in auction houses of Polswiss Art, Desa Unicum, Spot Auction House, Rempex, Agra Art. He had his individual exhibitions at Bemowo Artbem Center (2009, 2010) Tamika centre (2012) and recently in the hall of Agora (2017). Furthermore, in 2015 his works were included into Collective Exhibition "Japanese Inspirations" at the Embassy of Japan. In 2019 April – Art Spring Show Art Nou Millenni Barcelona, 2019 May he presented his artworks in the exhibition in Center of Culture Promotion in Warsaw entitled Endemic Size
In 2011 he took part in the multifaceted event organized by the REMPEX auction house during the Night of Museums in Warsaw, as well as he presented his works in the DORUMART Gallery. His paintings are found in numerous private collections in Poland and abroad: Belgium, Germany, Japan, Spain, Sweden or South Africa.
Gruszczyński is defined as an artist full of passion and positive energy, influenced by the richness of culture, history, mythology and literature. However the ample and astonishing imagination remains the main inspiration for his works.
