Born in 1976 in Lublin, Poland. In 2000 she graduated from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland (Art Education and sculpture). She deals with painting and dollmaking.
Her main interest is symbolic language of human psyche in myths, magic, dreams, rituals etc., often in feminist context. She endeavors to understand this language and to transform it into visual forms. She is searching for inspirations in religious art from prehistory till middle ages, in art naive and in magical artefacts.
Hołda has exhibited her works in many individual and collective exhibitions in Poland. Every year from 2017 she also takes part in the Doll Prague – International Exhibition of Art Dolls, Marionettes and Teddy Bears in Prague, Czech. Her works are in the collections of The Lublin Museum and Lublin Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and in private collections.
